Painted Bird shoes http://www.shoppaintedbird.com/ are a must for the wardrobe's of all bouganvilla dreamers, I can't even decide which color I would choose they are all so fun!
Last week I got to spend an hour or two bouganvilla dreaming from my old neighborhood park in Summerland and now all I can do is dream of my next trip and hope it's a little longer!
P.S send me some of your own bouganvilla dreaming pics please and we'll dream along together :)
Every time I go home I fall in love all over again with my parents Alex Weinstein painting. Even just a glance at it transports me to the moments I've had swimming out past the waves and people on 32nd street. It's fun to have such a great piece from a local artist who loves the same views I've enjoyed all my life. The bottom image is another Alex Weinstein piece from a feature on Tom Felicia's house in Elle Decor.
Just watched this little video from Samantha Hutchinson of http://couldihavethat.blogspot.com/# and had to share, it is so cute! I've been getting a little depressed lately with all the talk of summer ending and this was the perfect pick me up. After all, September's the new August right?
We all collect shells, we all collect sea glass but unless you're a faithful reader of this blog you may have yet to notice the magic of sea plastic. My mom's been collecting it for a while now and every time I come home I am wowed by it's happy chic allure.
