I'm a big lover of bright pink, not for it's overly girly barbie doll connotation but because it's a warm shade that can be worn year round yet always seems to hint of summer and fun. Red is another favorite, it can be so flattering and immediately livens up an outfit. Trying on the Closed Spring 2012 collection back in August had me totally inspired to combine the two in tomboy fashion, (the ultimate way to shatter that barbie cliche!) Here's a peek at the looks
